I just need to say something about the Olympics..
There’s a lot of rumours flying around about the opening ceremony. Yes some of them are true..but some of them aren’t. They’re just made up by someone with nothing better to do. But in a way i’m glad the rumours are there so you don’t completely know what to expect. When I went to see the rehearsal on Monday, Danny Boyle said something that really dawned on me.....

Stupid god damn annoying Jack Russell that lives next door to me does not stop barking ever! It drives me mad, probably the only thing I hate about my new house, that and the spiders..
But anyway it’s 11pm and it has been barking for the past 15 minutes which is pretty damn annoying!! Ergh don’t know what to do :/

Just planning for my USA trip in November, I’ve decided i’m going to do Grand Canyon by aeroplane from my hotel over the strip and down into the Canyon and take a coach down to Hollywood from my hotel too :)
Got most of the holiday mapped out so far and it’s very exciting as if all goes to plan I will add another 3 states to my number of States visited :P

So i’ve just started reading this book..
And it’s really inspiring, just makes me want to go to America right now :P I wanna hit the road and travel Route 66 at some point within the next few years, just gotta save enough money..
So there’s quite a few people I haven’t told yet, but I can actually drive now… Not legally but my test is at the end of the month....

2 years ago today I was celebrating Independence day with a BBQ at work in America followed by a crazy drunken trip into Downtown Disney on an overcrowded bus with loads of lovely people :P
